Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. white flour
Directions

1Melt margarine with sugar and salt in water (melt margarine with minimal heat--hot tap water is okay).

2Cool if necessary.

3Add yeast and dissolve.

4Let mixture stand 15 minutes.

5Add beaten eggs, baking powder and flour; mix well.

6Let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour until doubled.

7Form balls.

8Bake at 350° until bottom is light brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.

9Bake 1 tray at a time.

10Makes 42 rolls.

11These rolls are extremely light.
