  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 large apples
