- 1/2 lb. crabmeat (lump style)
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. Old Bay spice
- dash of dill
- 3 tsp. white wine
- 3 tsp. flour
- 4 tsp. margarine
- 4 tsp. cracker meal
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in small saucepan.

2Blend in flour and sour cream.

3Stir until thick.

4Add wine.

5Add 1/2 cup of this sauce with bread crumbs and crab meat.

6Spread on fillets, roll up.

7Place seam side down.

8Sprinkle with cracker meal. Garnish with dill.

9Dot pan with margarine.

10Cook in oven at 350° for 20 or 30 minutes.

11Pour remaining sauce over rolls.
