- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 8 ounces surimi
- 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in olive oil until translucent and soft.

2Add old bay seasoning and cook for another minute.

3Chop or break surimi into bite size pieces.

4Add to onion and cook until just heated through.

5Add any additional old bay seasoning or additional seasonings to taste (such as white wine Worcestershire sauce, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, or small pinch of thyme) .

6Turn off heat and add panko breadcrumbs and serve.
