  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients and pat on bottom of pan.

    Mix next four ingredients and pour over cake mixture.

    Bake at 325° in a 13 x 9-inch Pam sprayed cake pan for 45 to 55 minutes.
