Directions

   Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese, 3 eggs, sugar and lemon juice.

   Pour over crust mixture.

   Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

   When cool, cut into squares.
