  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. of vanilla
  • 1 c. of pecans

    In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray cooking spray in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
