   Mix the butter, cake mix and 1 egg.

   The mixture will be very stiff.

   Pat out in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Sprinkle the nuts over this layer.

   Mix the powdered sugar, 2 eggs and the cream cheese well and pour over the nuts.
