Chewy Cornflake Balls

  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cups Almond Nut Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 whole Cups Cornflakes, Crushed

Directions

    In a food processor, add raisins and maple syrup. Process until smooth. Add almond butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Process until combined. Place mixture into a bowl and stir in cornflakes.

    Take a little bit of the dough and roll into a ball, depending on what size you like. I rolled mine into teaspoon sizes.

    Place cookie balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and put in the freezer. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
