  • 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. each: salt, baking soda and cream of tartar
  • optional toppings: pecan halves, chocolate chips, red hot cinnamon candies or Hershey's Kisses

    Cream margarine, oil, sugars and eggs.

    Add vanilla.

    In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.
