  • 14 cup chia seeds, gel
  • 14 cup plain yogurt
  • 18 avocado
  • 12 cup frozen fruit
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 cup cold herbal tea or 1 cup green tea
  • 1 dash vanilla

Directions

    Place all ingredients except tea and honey in blender.

    Start chopping, adding enough tea to make the ingredients blend well, and get the consistency you like.

    Add honey, then blend on high speed until your drink is smooth and uniform.
