  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. whole white bread crumbs
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded (about 2 lb.)
  • 1 (16 oz.) cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. raspberry cranberry drink
  • 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine ground turkey, garlic, oatmeal, bread crumbs and egg whites in a medium mixing bowl.

    Shape into small balls, using about 1 tablespoon of turkey mixture.
