  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can Italian tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Coat chicken with flour mixture. Cook 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from skillet.

    Spoon off fat.

    Combine soup and water.

    Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet and cook until done, stirring occasionally.
