- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Arrange chicken in single layer in 12-inch skillet.

2Stir remaining ingredients together.

3Pour over chicken.

4Cover and let simmer gently, turning several times until chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.

5Remove chicken and keep warm.

6Boil liquid in skillet until dark brown and thickened, about 5 minutes.
