  • 1 pkg. chicken thighs, legs or wings
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. vinegar (apple cider recommended)
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Directions

    Saute garlic until brown in medium saucepan.

    Add onion, chicken, vinegar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

    Cover; cook until tender.

    Sauce will thicken.

    Halfway between cooking, taste mixture.

    Add additional vinegar, soy sauce or oyster sauce as needed to own liking.
