- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 c. vinegar (apple cider recommended)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Saute garlic until brown in medium saucepan.

2Add onion, chicken, vinegar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

3Cover; cook until tender.

4Sauce will thicken.

5Halfway between cooking, taste mixture.

6Add additional vinegar, soy sauce or oyster sauce as needed to own liking.
