- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
- butter (oleo)
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Add soup, carrots, onion and sour cream. Place layer of crumbs in bottom of casserole dish.

5Pour mixture over crumbs.

6Spread a layer of crumbs over top.

7Dot with butter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
