- 1 packages chicken legs and thighs
- 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup apple vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 bay leaf
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions

1Chop onion and garlic cloves

2Heat up large sauce pan with olive oil

3Put chopped onion and garlic in pan and saute.

4Once sauteed add cleaned chicken to pan.

5Also add the black pepper and bay leaves.

6Add black pepper liberally if you'd like

7Let chicken cook for about 20 minutes.

8Stirring occasionally till most of the chicken cooked.

9Now add your soy sauce and vinegar to the pan.

10Set heat to medium.

11And let simmer about 25-30 min.

12Once cooked sever with some white rice and enjoy!
