- 3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in half
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 oz. prepared Italian
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Season chicken with salt and pepper.

2Dip in egg and roll in crumbs.

3Saute in butter until browned.

4Dilute spaghetti sauce with cream.

5Keep out 2 tablespoons of mixture.

6Pour sauce in bottom of covered casserole dish.

7Add chicken.

8Top each piece of chicken with one slice Mozzarella cheese and one slice Swiss.

9Add reserved sauce.

10Sprinkle with butter and Parmesan.

11Cover and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
