- 3 lb. chicken parts or deboned chicken filets
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 large can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper.

2Add all ingredients together and stir.

3Add chicken last.

4Cover and cook 45 minutes at 375°. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes, or use pressure pan for 20 minutes.

5Serve over cooked rice.

6Great to freeze for once a month cooking.
