Chicken Aloha

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken parts or deboned chicken filets
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion and green pepper.

    Add all ingredients together and stir.

    Add chicken last.

    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 375°. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes, or use pressure pan for 20 minutes.

    Serve over cooked rice.

    Great to freeze for once a month cooking.
