- boneless chicken breast (1 to 2 per person, use halves not whole)
- pkg. puff pastry
- Aluette garlic cheese or similar type
- egg wash (1 beaten egg with water)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Pound chicken breast between wax paper to flatten slightly.

3Cut sheets of puff pastry if large and roll out to hold each piece of chicken.

4Spread cheese spread on chicken and put on puff pastry.

5Fold over and seal edges.

6It will look like pocket pastry.

7Paint with egg wash and put in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

8I have done it without the egg wash and it works.
