- 4 boneless breast chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large bunch collards
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. A.1.
- dash of paprika
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute chicken in small amount of oil.

2When lightly browned, remove and cut up into small pieces; set aside. In pan drippings, saute onion and cut up collards (raw) for a few minutes.

3Add 1 to 2 cups water and other ingredients.

4Place chicken back on top and cover.

5Let it simmer until all is tender; add more water if needed.

6Use as much collards as you desire.
