  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pound filo pastry
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper

    Grate the zucchini finely.

    In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade, coarsely chop the chicken with the onion and garlic.

    Gently brown the courgette and the chicken in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
