- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pound filo pastry
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Grate the zucchini finely.

2In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade, coarsely chop the chicken with the onion and garlic.

3Gently brown the courgette and the chicken in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

4Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

5Add the curry and the raisins.

6Finally, season it with salt and cayenne pepper. Let the mixture cool down.

7Cut a filo pastry sheet in half. Fold it to form a long strip and put a little stuffing on one end. Fold it in a triangle following the instructions on the package. Renew the operation for each half of filo pastry.

8Brown the samosas in a pan with a little oil on each side over medium heat.
