  • 1 chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 to 3 qt. water
  • 2 cans biscuits, cut up

Directions

    Cut up chicken.

    Put in pan with water, onion, celery, salt and pepper.

    Boil until chicken is done.

    Remove chicken from pan. Cool. Save chicken stock.

    Debone chicken and add to chicken stock.

    Bring to a boil.

    Drop biscuits into chicken broth.

    Cook until biscuits are tender.

    Serves 4.
