- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary or pinch of dry
- 1 minced garlic clove
- pinch of dry sage
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

2Add garlic, rosemary and sage.

3Cook until garlic is soft.

4Remove rosemary sprig.

5Add chicken.

6Cook until brown on both sides.

7Pour in lemon juice.

8Lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

9Spoon juices over chicken to serve.
