  • 2 chicken breast cutlets, skinned and boned
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup

Directions

    Mix egg and soy sauce together.

    Dip chicken cutlets in mixture; let drain and roll in bread crumbs.

    Brown in 1-inch oil and drain on paper towel.

    Bake in covered baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Add peaches and juice.

    Cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
