- 2 chicken breast cutlets, skinned and boned
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- flavored bread crumbs
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup
Directions

1Mix egg and soy sauce together.

2Dip chicken cutlets in mixture; let drain and roll in bread crumbs.

3Brown in 1-inch oil and drain on paper towel.

4Bake in covered baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Add peaches and juice.

6Cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
