- 1 chicken, cut up and browned in skillet
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Combine the soups, onion, salt, parsley, thyme, pepper and celery flakes.

2Add water to mixture; bring to boil.

3Put 1 cup of mixture aside and to remaining mixture, add rice.

4Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Place chicken on top and pour remaining mixture over.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
