  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 c. diced onions (optional)
  • 1/2 c. celery (optional)
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. water

    Boil chicken

    Mix together shredded chicken, soups, rice

    and water in 2-quart casserole dish. Add celery and onions.
