  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 2 cans milk

Directions

    Melt oleo in large saucepan.

    Mix all soups and milk into oleo.

    Spread rice on bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over rice.

    Mix soup and rice.

    Place chicken breasts on top of rice.

    Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 275° for 3 hours.
