- chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- basil to taste (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
Directions

1Mix soups (do not dilute) and spices.

2Heat and take out 1 cup of mixture (for reserve).

3Add instant rice to remaining mixture; bring to a boil.

4Spread in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.

5Place pieces of chicken breast on top and spread reserved cup of soup over top. Bake at 300° for about two hours (or microwave chicken until almost done, then add to above for shorter cooking time).
