  • 1.5 ounces rum
  • .5 ounces triple sec
  • .5 ounces liqueur de Chataigne or Amaretto
  • 1/4 lime
  • 2 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters (Fee Brothers or other)
  • 3 sprigs mint

Directions

    At the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle two sprigs of the mint with the rum.
  2. 2
    Add some ice. Then add the rest of the ingredients, squeezing the lime juice out of the lime and into the cocktail shaker.
  3. 3
    Shake gently for 10-15 seconds. Then strain out into a martini glass. Use the last sprig of mint as a garnish.
