- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms
- 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
- 2 chicken breasts, halved
Directions

1Mix soup with milk; reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.

2Mix the rest of the soup and milk with the mushrooms and rice, plus 1/2 of the onion soup.

3Pour mixture into an ungreased baking dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch).

4Place chicken breasts on top.

5Pour the 1/2 cup reserved soup-milk over the chicken; sprinkle the rest of the soup mix over the top.

6Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
