- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 3/4 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Blend soup with milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. Stir together remaining soup mixture, rice, mushroom soup and half of the onion soup mix.

3Pour into pan, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches, bigger if you have more chicken.

4Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.

5Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
