- 4 boneless whole chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of waxed paper and pound until thin (1/4 inch).

2Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in plastic bag; add chicken breasts and coat well.

3Shake off excess. Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet until bubbling.

4Saute chicken breasts, a few at a time, 2 to 3 minutes on each side; do not overcook.

5Drain on paper towels and keep warm.
