Ingredients
- 1 bag boil-in-bag rice
- 1 large can asparagus spears
- 2 to 3 c. coarsely chopped chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (may substitute 1 can cream of mushroom soup)
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Spread in buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.

3Arrange asparagus spears over rice.

4Top with chicken.

5Blend soup, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and half of cheese.

6Add salt and pepper.

7Pour over rice, asparagus and chicken.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Remove from oven. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

10Serve.
