- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 pkg. (4 cups) Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
- 3 cans chicken gravy
Directions

1Makes 3 qts. in casserol sizes you choose Boil, pick and cut chicken to desired size.

2Saute vegetables in 1 1/3c. water plus butter and lightly toss with Pepperidge Farm's Stuffing.

3Gently press 1/2 of stuffing mix in bottom of casseroles, top with chicken, add chicken gravy and top with remaining stuffing.
