  • 5 lb. frying chicken
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped pepper
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. (4 cups) Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
  • 3 cans chicken gravy

Directions

    Makes 3 qts. in casserol sizes you choose Boil, pick and cut chicken to desired size.

    Saute vegetables in 1 1/3c. water plus butter and lightly toss with Pepperidge Farm's Stuffing.
  3. 3
    Gently press 1/2 of stuffing mix in bottom of casseroles, top with chicken, add chicken gravy and top with remaining stuffing.
