- 6 half chicken breasts, deboned
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jigger red cooking wine
- 1 jigger cream sherry wine
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Place chicken in Pyrex dish with skin side up.

2Pour cans of soup over chicken. Add dash of salt and pepper on top of each chicken breast.

3Pour both wines over chicken.

4Bake in oven at 350° for 2 hours and 15 minutes, uncovered.

5Use liquid to make gravy.
