- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Trim and wash greens.

2Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.

3Put in pressure cooker.

4Add 1 cup water, salt and oil.

5Cook on pressure for 5 minutes.

6Cool the cooker and let water boil down. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and cook 5 more minutes.
