  • 2 medium Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 head Romaine
  • 1 packages Spinach
  • 1 packages Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cholula Hot Sauce
  • 4 medium Cibatta Rolls

    Grill chicken breasts

    Mash avocados until they are the consistency of applesauce

    Put light layer of mayonnaise down on bottom half of ciabatta roll

    Put avocado, mozzarella, chicken, romaine, spinach down on ciabatta roll then put top half of roll on top

    Put whole sandwich on panini press for around 5 minutes on low to medium heat

    Cut panini in half and add hot sauce to taste
