- 3 Avocados
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 head Romaine
- 1 packages Spinach
- 1 packages Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cholula Hot Sauce
- 4 medium Cibatta Rolls
Directions

1Grill chicken breasts

2Mash avocados until they are the consistency of applesauce

3Put light layer of mayonnaise down on bottom half of ciabatta roll

4Put avocado, mozzarella, chicken, romaine, spinach down on ciabatta roll then put top half of roll on top

5Put whole sandwich on panini press for around 5 minutes on low to medium heat

6Cut panini in half and add hot sauce to taste
