- flour for dredging
- 1 c. buttermilk
- parsley
Directions

1Dip chicken in some buttermilk and roll in flour and place in well-buttered dish or pan with meat side down.

2Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

3Turn over and bake 15 minutes more.

4Then mix soup and remaining buttermilk and pour over chicken.

5Bake 15 minutes longer.
