  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions and green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. Underwood chunk and chicken spread
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts

    Let cream cheese sit at room temperature until softened.

    Put cheese and other ingredients, except nuts, in mixing bowl.

    Mix with mixer until blended, then stir with spoon about 1 minute. Mold in ball and roll in nuts.

    Refrigerate about 2 hours.

    Serve with crackers, vegetables or on bread.
