- 1 lb. uncooked chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 10 water chestnuts
- small can mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions

1Bone chicken breasts and put through food grinder with onion, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Add cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, sherry and beaten egg whites.

2Form into small balls and fry in deep hot oil.

3Drain and serve with toothpicks.

4Yields about 50 small balls.
