  • 1 (5 oz.) can chicken
  • 2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. fine, chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • crushed corn flakes

Directions

    In a bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients except corn flakes. Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.

    Roll in flakes; arrange on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until crunchy and golden brown.
