- 1 grilled chicken flesh shredded
- 4 green onions thinly sliced, diagonally soaked in iced water
- 4 bread rolls long crusty, split
- 1/3 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce finely shredded
- 1 red pepper seeded, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves picked
- 1 red chili long, sliced
- dressing
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine chicken and onion.

2To make dressing, in a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together, until sugar dissolves. Season with white pepper.

3Add half dressing to chicken mixture, tossing well.

4Spread rolls with mayonnaise. Fill with lettuce, pepper and chicken mixture. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with cilantro and chili to serve.
