- 3 lb tamatillo
- 1 large white onion
- 2 green bell peppers seeded
- 3 jalapenos seeded
- 5 clove garlic
- 1 oil spray
Directions

1Husk and clean tamatillos.

2Chop onion , slice jalapeno, half bell pepper , leave garlic whole.

3Place all ingredients on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

4Easy on clean up.

5Spray oil over the top of vegetables and cook in a 500 oven .

6They should start to char around 20 to 25 minutes.

7Put all ingredients from the pan , including the juices, in a blender of some sort.

8Add the cilantro and salt pepper

9Serve over chicken enchiladas or just have it by itself with chips.
