  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 1/3 c. Diet Coke
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

    Put in frying pan. Mix Coke, catsup and mustard and pour over chicken.

    Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
