  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • pinch of sage
  • pinch of thyme

Directions

    Mix 1 week ahead and store in refrigerator.

    Place chicken, skin side up, on medium hot fire (10-inches above charcoal) and baste.

    Turn every 15 minutes and baste.

    Cook for 1 hour.
