  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 12 ounces, weight Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken
  • 12 ounces, weight Salsa
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 whole Diced Jalapeno Peppers Diced
  • 2 whole Scallions Sliced Thin

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Spread cream cheese over the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.

    Spread beans over the top of the cream cheese.

    Sprinkle chicken over the top of the beans.

    Pour salsa over the chicken.

    Top with shredded cheese.

    Sprinkle with tomatoes and jalapenos.
