- 12 ounces, weight Refried Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight Salsa
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 2 whole Diced Jalapeno Peppers Diced
- 2 whole Scallions Sliced Thin
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Spread cream cheese over the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.

4Sprinkle chicken over the top of the beans.
