- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. white wine
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Fry chicken in olive oil about 10 minutes.

2Add onions; continue frying until chicken starts to brown.

3Add oregano, salt and pepper; continue frying until chicken and onions are well browned.

4Add white wine; simmer for about 20 minutes.

5Add a little water to make sauce.

6Serve with salad, potato and vegetable.
