- 3/4 lb. chicken
- 1 small can peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. diced, cooked carrots
- 1 c. diced, cooked celery
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 10 unbaked biscuits
Directions

1Cook chicken and remove skin and bones.

2Save stock and dice chicken.

3Combine chicken, peas, carrots and celery.

4Add flour to stock to thicken.

5Pour over chicken mixture.

6Place in casserole. Top with biscuit dough and cook at 450° until biscuits are brown. Makes 10 servings.
