  • 2 lb bacon
  • 1 2/3 box spaghetti or angel hair
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 4 dash powdered mustard
  • 1 packages boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

    preheat chicken to 350F

    spray cooking container for chicken

    cover chicken with plastic wrap and pound on both sides

    place chicken in container (perferably glass) and add butter
  5. 5
    cut 1 strip of bacon into width-size strips and place with chicken and butter.

    put in oven and cook according to package on chicken.

    cut rest of bacon as in the previous step and cook in sauce pan on stove with little bit of olive oil

    add powdered mustard, basil, garlic and onion to pan.

    sautee and add salt to taste.

    add sauce to sauteed ingredients and heat on med/low

    when chicken is done, pull out and cut chicken into perferable-sized chunks.

    add butter ad bacon into sauce mix.

    cook spaghetti and add all ingredients together

    * if thebutter dampens some flavors, add what is necessary to gain them back
